About font styles
These โfontsโ are really Unicode characters: alphabets such as Mathematical Script, Fraktur and Enclosed Alphanumerics that already exist in the fonts on your phone and computer. That is why they survive copy and paste into bios, names and posts, where a normal font choice would be lost.
Each style page adds controls that matter for that look โ decorations for cursive, weight for gothic, number handling for bubbles โ plus notes on where the characters display well.
Frequently asked questions
Are these real fonts?
Not in the usual sense. Each letter is swapped for a Unicode character that looks like it belongs to a different typeface. Because they are characters rather than formatting, the style travels with the text wherever you paste it.
Which style works in the most places?
Bold and italic math letters (sans or serif) and Bold Script display on almost every modern phone and computer. Rarer blocks such as squared letters can show as empty boxes on older devices.
Can I use these fonts for my username?
Usually not. Most platforms only allow plain letters, numbers and a few symbols in @usernames. Display names, bios, captions and messages are where styled text works.
